Mandy Coffman – Patient Care Coordinator
I was born and raised in the Waynesville area and still reside there today. I’m a small-town gal, graduating from Ridgeville Christian School in Springboro. I am married, have 2 children and enjoy serving my community and church.

BACKGROUND
How did you get into Health and Wellness?
After many years working in family practice, I found myself needing a change in perspective. Looking for a new approach to healthcare lead me to this clinic.
How long have you been in Health and Wellness?
I have worked in healthcare for 21 years, but more recently joined the wellness side of the industry. I am excited to learn new, natural, ways of helping others.
Who influenced your career path (who have you enjoyed learning from, mentor,
etc.)?
It has always been my heart’s desire to work in a healthcare setting, and my mother played a huge role in that. She built her career working in an assisted living/rehab facility. Watching her develop meaningful relationships and the value she found in her residents inspired me to do
the same.
What makes you love your field?
I love that my field is always working toward improving the health of others. Being there for people, to encourage and educate them in their journey makes it a joy to serve in wellness.
INTERESTS/SPECIALITIES
What kind of patients do you love working with?
I really have a passion for working with the elderly. Helping them find value in their later years, and pointing them toward a better life.
What sets you apart from other professionals?
I love getting to know my patients, their stories, and their passions. Many lessons have been learned from their experiences in life, and they have made me a better person.
What’s your mission?
My mission is to make a difference in the lives of those that I encounter. However, that may be, encouraging them in Christ or helping them feel their best.
HOBBIES
What brings you joy?
Spending time with my family is my favorite thing! Just being outdoors, sitting by the fire or playing a mean game of wiffle ball. I love being active in my church. Teaching Sunday school to kindergarteners is such a blessing to me.
What do you do with your spare time?
Any spare time that I have is consumed by my 2 children. Whether it involves baking with my daughter or marching band events with my son, I love every minute of it!
